"My Urologist told me my sperm count is zero and I have no chance of becoming a biological father, before I left my appointment, I asked him one question: 'who is the best fertility doctor in the world?" He said don't waste your time and money, that will not change the facts, but I insisted. He wrote dowen the name and I left. That doctor was Marc Goldstein. Few weeks later, I walked into my appointment with Dr. Goldstein, depressed, broken and hopeless. After the initative examination, Dr. Goldstein offered hope and outlined the microsurgical procedure that could give me a chance of becomng a biological father. About  3 years after I walked into Dr. Goldstein's office, my wife gave birth to our first child. About 3 years later, we had twins. How do you thank a man like that?
